What’s your return policy?

Non-customised pieces are eligible for easy return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as they're unused, unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging intact. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I return a customised or made-to-fit order?

Because these pieces are cut and adjusted to your individual measurements, customised orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We’ll always confirm your measurements and requirements with you before production begins, so everything is right the first time.

Are Loma garments sustainable?

Loma only uses natural fabrics, chosen for both their quality and their lighter impact on the environment. Every piece is also handmade at our atelier, in small batches rather than mass-produced. This slower, hands-on approach reduces overproduction and waste, supports the skilled tailors behind each garment, and means the piece you receive was genuinely made with care, not stamped out on an assembly line.
