If you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your purchase  easy and stress-free.

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Same condition as received
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Refunds

Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method after quality inspection.

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

 

Received something wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours  of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.


Not eligible for return

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Customised or altered garments
  • Gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.

  • Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear return shipping costs.

  • In other cases, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
