How it works

1. Pick your styles and slot. Browse theloma.in, note the pieces you love, then choose a date and time that suits you.

2. Prepared with care. Once we confirm your visit, each piece is checked and wrapped by hand in our signature kraft paper and twine.

3. At your door. Our delivery partner arrives at your chosen time with your personal edit.

4. Thirty minutes, all yours. Take up to 30 minutes to try, mix and match, in your own mirror and your own light, while our delivery partner waits.

5. Keep what you love. Pay only for the pieces you keep and hand the rest back to our delivery partner. They go back to our studio, where they are cared for before their next trial.

Is the home trial really free?
Yes. There are no delivery charges and you’re not required to buy anything.

How long is the trial?
You have 30 minutes to try everything on. Our delivery partner waits while you try, then collects the pieces you don’t keep.

Which areas do you cover?
We currently deliver home trials within Bangalore Urban. Add your pincode when booking and we’ll confirm your area is covered.

Why can’t I book for tomorrow?
We need 2 days to put your personal edit together, so the earliest slot is always 2 days from today.

How will I know my slot is confirmed?
Once you book, our team will send your slot confirmation on WhatsApp to the number you shared.

Can I request specific styles or sizes?
Yes. Share the styles or product links you love and your size while booking, and we’ll build your edit around them.

Can I pay during the trial?
Yes. You can complete your purchase on the spot for the pieces you keep.
